Booking and Payment

Reservation: To book any of our tours or activities, you can do so through our website or contact our customer service team directly. We encourage you to book well in advance to secure your spot.

Payment: We offer various payment options to accommodate our guests. You can make secure online payments through our website using major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and JCB. Additionally, we accept virtual bank transfers from BNI, BRI, Mandiri, and Permata.

Transportation

Pickup Service: We offer pickup service for guests who book transportation-inclusive packages and stay within designated areas. Please review our Pickup Schedule for details: Pickup Schedule

Meeting Point: If you prefer to meet us at our meeting point, please arrive on time. The meeting point is located at:

Pertiwi Adventure – Jl. Dewi Saraswati No. 2 Bongkasa Pertiwi, Abiansemal, Badung – Bali 80352.
Our operational hours are from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Please ensure you arrive within this timeframe, as we recommend starting your adventure early to ensure activities conclude by 5:00 pm.

Health and Safety

Before embarking on your adventure, please take note of the following:

Age Restrictions

Minimum Age Requirement: 5 Years Old
Individual Adventure: Available for travelers over 12 years old
Travelers Aged 7~12 Years: They can join the adventure with their parents or with our instructor

Health Restrictions

For your safety, please refrain from the adventure if you have the following conditions:

Back Pain Problems
Pregnancy
Heart Problems or Other Serious Medical Conditions
Infant: This adventure is not recommended for infants.

Rules

For your safety and the safety of others, please abide by our rules and regulations.

About Your Belongings

Please note that we are not responsible for any loss or damage to your personal belongings such as smartphones, glasses, cameras, etc. We provide lockers for the security of your belongings.
